Our business has recorded sales and profit increases for each of the last ten years. We have only been able to do this through recruiting and training employees of the highest standard. We are a professional services company and, as such, we recognise the importance of committed, well trained and ambitious employees. It is only through successful recruitment and retention of high quality people that we can continue our impressive record of growth. Our commitment to our staff has been recognised through the award of Investors in People status.
We are actively recruiting in all areas of our business and, whilst we require a high level of numeracy in our Graduate recruits, there are other positions in our company that require positive, articulate, customer focused individuals and where personality becomes far more important than paper qualifications.
Our employees have a career rather than a job. We seek to give you clear objectives and the responsibility needed to achieve those objectives. Graduates can begin at Analyst level and are immediately working on projects with senior management from some of the world's biggest companies. Within two years you could be managing important relationships or heading major projects.
Our remuneration packages are industry leading. Our employees receive major company benefits in a professional services environment. Excellent salaries are augmented by a company share option scheme, pension scheme, private medical insurance, death in service cover and a generous twice yearly bonus scheme rewarding each person's contribution to the business. We are committed to career development both on and offsite and also through the acquisition of professional qualifications. Recently, CMS has sponsored employees in the pursuit of qualifications in banking, accountancy and general management, including MBA courses at the UK's top Business Schools.
Elley Frost joined CMS as a graduate analyst in 2004 having obtained an upper second in Mathematics at Manchester University. Since then Elley has worked with a varied list of clients such as McDonald's, Compass Group, Marks and Spencer and Arriva. Within two years Elley progressed to the position of Head of Retail and now holds the current position of Relationship Manager and Head of Business Development. Whilst at CMS, Elley has embarked on a Company sponsored, part time MBA at Manchester Business School.
