Intelligent Cash In Transit Scheduling Software (“CITContractManager”)

Our unique proprietary Intelligent Scheduling Software “CITContractManager” optimises Cash In Transit (CIT) schedules at each individual site in our clients' estates, minimising CIT and lost interest costs whilst maintaining a pre-agreed level of risk and operational requirements bespoke for each site.

Using a blend of mathematical modelling and simulation, our software calculates the cost and risk associated with each of the 135 combinations of collection days possible at each site, ensuring that the optimal option is chosen to satisfy all stakeholders.

“CashBankCheck” - Cash Management Efficiency Software

“CashBankCheck” is a bespoke piece of software developed to measure the efficiency of the cash banking process, i.e. it measures whether our clients' cash is getting into the bank on time and where leakages are occurring in the supply chain resulting in bank accounts running at a deficit level.

We provide our clients with the evidence to target poorly performing sites and suppliers and also to allow them to benchmark their efficiency against competitors.

Cash Flow and Value Optimisation

We not only look to reduce our clients' costs but we also analyse how our clients' money works for them. From the moment cash enters the till, or a card payment is made, we assist our clients to ensure that they receive value in the bank account as quickly as possible. Areas where improvements can be made include in-store procedures, optimisation of cash collection profiles, leaks in the supply chain and improved contractual positions with suppliers.
