Jill Somerville, Chief Operating Officer

Jill joined CMS after 17 years with HSBC where she was a Corporate Banking Manager, maintaining a portfolio of large corporate clients. She brings to CMS a wealth of experience of Retail Banking.

Richard Arkle, Non Executive Director

Richard brings a wealth of experience from the professional service sector, having been a Partner of KPMG for over twenty years during which time he advised both public and private clients. He is also a Director of Volex Group Plc and SDI Group Plc.

John Rogers, Non Executive Director

John has spent the last 15 years assisting executive teams and shareholders to effect corporate trade sales and flotations. He has also served on the Board of Directors for Invergordon Distillers plc, David Lloyd Leisure plc, Focus Wickes plc and the (Virgin linked) Victory Corporation. In recent years he has been a holding board director of the private equity firm Duke Street and was chairman for the company's Board of Advisors.

Deborah Gilby, Relationship Manager & Consultant

Deborah joined CMS very recently after having spent 10 years with Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank where she set up the Prepaid Card business, ran major transformation projects in the cash business, including the implementation of cash technology for its customers, and led supplier negotiations.

Elley Frost, Head of Business Development

Elley joined CMS as a Business Analyst in 2003 after graduating from Manchester University. After occupying the position of Head of Retail Analysis, she is now the Relationship Manager for a varied portfolio of clients and Heads the Business Development department.

Dr Andrea Donafee, Head of Retail Finance

Andrea joined CMS in 2002 after completing her PhD. She has recently implemented CMS solutions in USA, Canada, Italy, Belgium and Germany, and has also recently gained her chartered Mathematician qualification.

Alistair Combes, Head of Retail

Alistair joined CMS in 2005 as a Business Analyst after graduating from University. He is now the Head of the Retail department at CMS.

Ian Johnson, Head of Systems

Ian joined CMS in 2005, to enhance and develop the computer-based systems offered to both current and new clients. He brought with him fifteen years of software development and management experience. He is now head of the Systems Team.
