Ian joined CMS Analytics in 2014 as Development Manager overseeing the company’s software products and leading a team of developers and testers to deliver innovative and adaptable solutions.  After championing a culture of agile software development and helping the business transition to a distributed development team, Ian is also responsible for day-to-day operations and strategic planning of IT services across the business.

Ian graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology from Manchester Metropolitan University.  He began his career in software development learning the fundamentals of systems analysis and design.  He then transitioned to IT consultancy, working for a Professional Services firm for over six years where he gained a wealth of private/public sector experience. In his spare time, Ian enjoys training outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
